I'm just so lazy

(aka where have I been lately?)
The good news is I've still been around. I'm just so lazy to write. Really? I being lazy is an old news but I'm not really that too lazy (who do I think I'm kidding here? hehehe). First I was busy with the translating freelance job for a website. Then we had the Tet holiday and I was just too tired with all the cleaning up the house. And then I landed back to the old job. Funny! (The girl who replaced me landed a fantastic gig and she left.) As they say, it's easy money so I simply accepted. And then there is this gig with writing about tech stuff (again). Ok, so... anyone can see that there's not much adventure stories to tell lately.

The other day, we had a chat at work and I found something interesting to share here.

I always have this doubt about people urging me to go out more so I can find a guy. I just feel it's blank wrong. I don't think people can find someone who is serious at hook up places like bars, pubs or hang out places. And going out is going to places like that. People go there winding down after a day (or week) of work and they just wanna have fun. So people apparently don't want to (or can't) be serious at places like that. The funny thing is the ones who always urge me are actually the one who do not frequent those places much. (I did, apparently ;) ) So when we were having the chat, I accidentally mentioned about my doubt. And finally (finally!) this boy confirmed my doubt. He said that what I always think is actually the truth, guys don't think "serious" at those places, end of the question!

And then there was this talk about married guys. That boy (again) said that his (girl) friends discovered that the married guys are actually a much more approachable for serious relationship than single guys. Reason? Because they are already committed and that means they are more ready for commitment than single guys. And he said that the boys agree with that theory. This is a new theory for me but when I think about it, it makes sense, really.

Any other update? Uhm... I'm not sure. But... do you know about that saying about girls who are so cool can usually be so dumb when it's about relationship? Cross your fingers for me, please! hehehehe
