California court affirms right to gay marriage

Just a quick note on this morning news "California Court Affirms Right to Gay Marriage" from NYTimes. I've kept track of this case since the court started. It's not really "a great win" 'cause the objection still remains (for a very long time, everybody knows). However, it's quite a great start for other states of America - a-considered-open-mind-country.
