Apple fries

French fries is delicious and can make us fat easily. Wandering around, I figured out they had the fries modified to another form: apple fries. The making is easy enough (for me) and the result is a little bit healthier.

- Slice 2 apples into small bars (alike french fries)
- Shake 2 spoons of all purpose flour and a pinch of ginger powder with the sliced apples
- Deep fry the apples in oil (or butter, for smelling effect) until the apples have your favourite color (since some like it a little bit brown else while some prefer it lightly yellow)
- Serve hot for better taste

Note:
* I used ginger powder for smelly and I think ginger makes food a little bit tastier. Thus you may use cinnamon or any other spice that you prefer instead of ginger.
* I used small green/yellow-red apples with sour-sweet taste and I think they make better fries (sweet, tangy, sour) than big red apples which are not as crispy as these smaller ones.
* Some keep the skin but I prefer peeling ones.

One more thing. Deep fried is not exactly healthy but apples are somehow a little bit healthier potatoes (I think so hehehe). Enjoy your fried!
